In line with legislation put in place by the Scottish Government; from 1st October 2018 all residential letting agents are required to be registered with the Scottish Association of Landlords and to have completed relevant qualifications.

A Non-domestic EPC is required when a commercial property is marketed for sale. Pollards Estate and Letting’s in-house energy advisor is one of only a handful of qualified advisors north of Inverness that are permitted to carry out Non-Domestic EPC’s. This certificate is valid for 10 years.
Our in-house Energy Performance Assessor is able to provide you with an Energy Performance Certificate for your home which will last for 10 years from the date it was completed. This will enable you to see what energy efficiency changes would be beneficial for your home, or let property, and where you can save yourself or your tenants money.
